Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
• Training will take place on 1st Shift for approximately 2 weeks. The client is willing to work with candidates' schedules during the training period.

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing warehouse team in Sussex, WI. Associates will spend the majority of their shift operating a forklift while also assisting with pallet wrapping, inventory verification, and material movement throughout the facility. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights, as racking can reach up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift throughout the shift
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials as needed
• Assist with pallet wrapping and shipment preparation
• Verify material counts and use basic math skills to ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet
• Ability to safely operate equipment in a warehouse environment
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and transportation
