Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to organize and support the day-to-day execution of marketing projects and campaigns. This position helps keep marketing activities on schedule by coordinating project requirements, maintaining timelines, preparing materials, and communicating with internal teams and external partners. The Marketing Coordinator will support multiple initiatives at once and serve as an organizational point of contact for project details, deadlines, materials, and scheduled marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and deliverables for active marketing projects Maintain marketing calendars and update schedules as project requirements change Organize campaign details and ensure required materials and information are available prior to launch Coordinate the preparation, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials Maintain project checklists and track outstanding assignments Communicate deadlines, requirements, and project updates to internal team members Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and other outside partners when necessary Assist with planning and logistics for events, presentations, community programs, and scheduled marketing activities Prepare presentation materials, informational resources, signage, and other marketing collateral Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and completion before distribution Coordinate approvals and revisions for marketing materials Maintain organized project files, campaign documentation, and activity records Track marketing inventory and arrange replenishment of materials and supplies Gather information from customers, internal teams, and market activity to support current initiatives Assist with competitor and market research Compile campaign information and prepare routine project updates and activity summaries Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding deliverables Schedule marketing meetings and assist with preparing agendas and supporting materials Document action items and coordinate follow-up after project meetings Provide coordination support across multiple marketing initiatives based on current business priorities Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, events, communications, or a related environment preferred Relevant internship experience may be considered Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple schedules, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Strong follow-through and time-management skills Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external contacts Comfortable maintaining project documentation and tracking outstanding assignments Ability to adapt when schedules, deadlines, or project requirements change Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, or comparable business software Comprehensive onboarding and job-specific training Employee recognition programs Team activities and company events Collaborative and organized working environment Variety of marketing projects and campaign assignments #J-18808-Ljbffr
