HVAC Project Sales Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $90,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our team in the Phoenix market. If you have experience selling commercial or industrial HVAC projects and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this is an opportunity to earn a strong base salary with unlimited commission while representing high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do

Develop and grow relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers.
Identify and pursue new HVAC project opportunities throughout the Phoenix metro area.
Generate project estimates and proposals for equipment replacements, retrofits, and system upgrades.
Manage projects from initial customer meeting through contract award.
Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver successful projects.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
Represent the company with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC project sales or commercial HVAC industry experience preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, systems, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Phoenix area.

Preferred Experience

Commercial HVAC replacement projects
Mechanical contracting
Design-build sales
Plan and specification work
Energy efficiency and retrofit projects
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
