About the Role This key role will lead Ledgebrook's talent acquisition function, managing a team of three internal recruiters across the US and Poland alongside our external recruitment agency partners. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own our end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring it aligns with our vision and growth objectives, while identifying new and creative ways to reach top talent. You will partner closely with the People team and our Experience team, and with hiring managers and leadership, to make sure Ledgebrook remains a compelling, competitive place to build a career. What You'll Do:
• Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and develop a team of three internal recruiters across the US and Poland, providing regular feedback and building a high-performing, motivated team culture.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Own the development and execution of Ledgebrook's overall recruitment strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's mission, goals, and growth plans across all the geographies we hire in, while helping us find people who are a mutual fit for our unique Ledgebrook culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across departments and geographies to understand evolving role requirements and deliver top talent for critical positions.
• Agency & Partner Management: Manage our relationships with external recruitment agency partners, balancing workload between the internal team and our partners, and ensuring every partnership delivers strong return on investment.
• New Talent Channels: Continuously identify new and innovative places, communities, and channels to find talent, going beyond traditional sourcing methods to build diverse, high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partnering with the People Team: Work closely with the People team on compensation, benefits, and the overall employee experience, ensuring Ledgebrook stays attractive, competitive, and relevant to candidates in the market.
• Employer Branding: Kick off and lead employer branding initiatives together with our Experience team, championing Ledgebrook's story and mission to candidates ranging from early careers to experienced senior hires.
• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline conversion, using data to report on performance and continually look for new ways to improve speed and delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and tooling, driving efficiency for both the internal team and our agency partners while improving the overall candidate experience. About you Here at Ledgebrook we're passionate about creating a team that thrives on continuous learning and shares our excitement about building a company from the ground up. We're looking for people to join us with:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including 2+ years leading or managing a recruitment team, and hiring across different geographic regions, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven industry.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a distributed team, setting clear direction and holding the team to a high standard of delivery.
• Vendor Management: Experience managing external recruitment agency relationships, including negotiating terms and evaluating partner performance and ROI.
