Riverview Decks is a Knoxville design-build firm creating high-quality decks, porches, and patios backed by a double lifetime workmanship warranty.

We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to be the first voice our homeowners hear. You’ll respond to new leads within minutes, educate homeowners on our process, and book them for in-home design consultations with our deck consultants. You’ll also answer the main line, manage calendars, and keep our CRM accurate.

This is a full-time hourly role on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 10-hour shifts, every other weekend off, and paid training. If you’re confident on the phone, competitive, and coachable, we want to talk to you.

$14 - $18 hourly

• Respond to every new lead within minutes by phone, text, and email

• Call back every missed inbound call the same shift, voicemail or not

• Run intake calls to learn each homeowner’s project, timeline, budget, and decision-makers

• Educate homeowners on our design-build process, materials, and warranty

• Qualify leads and book on-site design consultations with our deck consultants

• Confirm every appointment before it happens

• Follow up with past leads and unsold estimates to rebook them

• Log every call, text, and next step in our CRM before the end of each shift

• Hand off a complete lead record to the consultant before each appointment

• Support our five-star review program at appointment setting

• Answer the main line, manage calendars, and handle data entry and other office tasks as assigned

• Confident on the phone, including calling people back who didn’t expect your call

• Able to guide a conversation to a booked appointment and handle common objections

• Bounces back quickly from rejection and keeps the same energy on the next call

• Reliable attendance on a rotating schedule that includes weekends

• Coachable and quick to apply feedback

• Professional written communication for texts and emails

• Organized and accurate with data entry; typing 40+ words per minute

• Comfortable learning new software quickly (GoHighLevel, JobTread, or Google Workspace experience is a plus)

• Experience in a call center, inside sales, appointment setting, reception, or customer service preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
