Bellperson Coordinator (Seasonal) The award‑winning Forbes 4‑Star and AAA 5‑Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club located in Dana Point, California, is seeking a Bellperson Coordinator (seasonal). Responsibilities Provide exceptional phone support: answer calls promptly and professionally, take orders and messages, and coordinate guest requests with bell assistance. Verify guest details for delivery: confirm room numbers and guest names in the computer system to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of luggage and items. Generate delivery lists: create and distribute room lists for arrivals, bag pulls, and deliveries. Handle guest belongings with care: safely lift and transport guest luggage and packages from service vehicles and dolly carts to storage or guest delivery areas. Resolve guest concerns: address issues such as lost or damaged luggage, ensuring prompt resolution. Qualifications A passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
