WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A DIRECTOR OF SALES?

In this hospitality role, you'll lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and strengthen the hotel's market position. Your day will involve analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with key clients and partners. You'll provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring consistent performance, professional development, and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you'll oversee sales activities, including proposal development, lead management, and performance tracking, while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence. Through your leadership and expertise, you'll play a critical role in achieving revenue targets and enhancing the property's overall success.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position from 9 am - 5 pm, requiring up to 50% travel and occasional evenings and weekends .

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES?

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of proven experience within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

A bachelor's degree and brand experience are preferred.
