HR Payroll Assistant

The HR department at Kimble Company is looking for a payroll assistant who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Key Requirements Previous payroll experience is required. Excellent attendance. Professional demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent; college experience or degree preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable under the company insurance plan. Responsibilities Enter new hires into the swipe and company computer systems. Track attendance in the swipe system and company database, issue incidents per the employee handbook, and file them in employee records. Balance weekly pay from start to finish, including all PTO/Vacation, office time, and check printing. Key all PTO/Vacation and office time into the company database. Enter document identification codes to locate documents/products for retrieval. Enter PTO and Vacation into employee hourly banks monthly. Scan employee discipline notices for all rule violations except accidents. Check PTO/Vacation/Incidents for supervisors as needed. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
