US Payroll Assistant
Remote VA
Overview We’re looking for a reliable Part-Time Payroll Assistant to take over the day-to-day payroll process as our team continues to grow. Payroll is currently managed internally, and we’re ready to hand off these responsibilities to someone experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable. U.S.-based employees are supported by this role, so accuracy and timeliness are essential. Work Schedule Part-time to start (EST) Flexible hours, with the possibility of expanding responsibilities over time Key Responsibilities Review and approve employee timecards Process payroll using payroll software Ensure payroll is submitted and completed on schedule Send invoices after payroll has been processed Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation Requirements Prior experience handling payroll Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and able to meet payroll deadlines consistently Comfortable using payroll systems Nice to Have (Not Required) Familiarity with QuickBooks Basic knowledge of Excel Benefits Weekly Pay Work from home #J-18808-Ljbffr
