Real Estate Showing Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Show properties to prospective buyers, ensuring each visit is informative and engaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
• Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule showings and manage client expectations effectively.
• Provide detailed feedback to the lead agent after each showing to refine client preferences.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to offer valuable insights to clients.
• Assist clients in understanding the home buying process, making it as seamless as possible.
• Utilize our proven systems to track client interactions and follow up promptly on inquiries and leads.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License needed.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout the home buying process.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships, fostering trust and open communication with clients.

• Familiarity with the local Miami-Miami Beach-Kendall real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly and stay informed about market trends.

• Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating multiple showings and client interactions seamlessly.

• Experience using digital tools and systems to track client interactions and follow up promptly on inquiries and leads.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded at every opportunity.
