Associate Lecturer, Choral Conducting

Associate Lecturer, Choral Conducting Curry College is seeking an instructor with specialization in Choral Conducting for a one-semester leave. The course, MUS 2309/2311/2313: Sing! The Curry College Choir , is open to all students and provides a safe and fun introduction to singing. The group rehearses twice a week, and may require practice of parts with recorded materials outside of class time. Musical reading ability is not necessary to join. The course may be repeated. Course Responsibilities Lead rehearsals, conduct performances, and facilitate reflective discussions on a wide variety of a cappella and accompanied choral repertoire from many cultures and historical periods. Job Requirements Master's degree in Choral Conducting Compensation $4,500 per 3-credit course. Additional Information Curry College is committed to attracting and retaining a diverse staff.
