VP of Talent Acquisition

The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will lead our hiring strategies for both hourly and salaried positions, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can innovate our recruiting processes and build a high-performing talent acquisition team. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to assess workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Team Management Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Establish performance metrics and goals for the talent acquisition team. Recruitment Strategies Design and execute effective recruiting strategies for both hourly and salaried positions, utilizing various sourcing methods. Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding. Data-Driven Decision Making Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Utilize data to inform talent acquisition strategies and report on progress to senior leadership. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on talent selection. Cultivate relationships with external partners, including universities and recruitment agencies. Compliance and Best Practices Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions. Skills Strong leadership and team management skills.
