Marketing:

• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, email).
• Manage social media content, posting schedules, and engagement.
• Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Coordinate photoshoots, project spotlights, showroom marketing, and product launches.
• Maintain website updates, SEO priorities, and online listings.
• Track metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
• Manage marketing vendors, agencies, and partnerships.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports for leadership.

Sales:

• Support dealer onboarding, communication, and follow-ups.
• Manage CRM data entry, pipeline updates, and lead tracking.
• Assist the sales team with quotes, presentations, and product documentation.
• Oversee dealer newsletters, promotional announcements, and marketing collateral.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and coordinate showroom appointments.
• Maintain updated product knowledge and support sales training efforts.

Our positions offer competitive compensation, including:

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a similar hybrid role.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Monday, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience in home design, interiors, construction, cabinetry, or building products is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• A proactive mindset—someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action.
