We're hiring a Project Coordinator / Entry-Level Project Manager to support renewable energy initiatives across Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants hands-on exposure, real responsibility, and mentorship from a senior project manager.

Years of experience and formal education matter less than communication skills, honesty, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support a Senior Project Manager across multiple active projects
• Assist with planning, execution, and coordination of renewable energy initiatives
• Participate in project and design meetings and contribute practical ideas
• Track project schedules, workflows, and action items
• Identify risks and challenges and help develop solutions
• Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and organize project documentation and paperwork
• Prepare and review:
  • Proposals
  • Memos
  • Meeting minutes
  • Emails
• Monitor project costs and support budget adherence
• Travel to project sites as needed (up to 10%)

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exposure to budget or cost tracking
• Power BI, SAP, or Maximo exposure
• Engineering, construction, renewables, or field project experience
• Technical or engineering background (not required)

Additional Details

• Location: Onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
• Travel: Up to 10%
• Duration: 6-month contract with extension potential
• Work Authorization: Must be able to work without sponsorship
