Land Development Project Manager

A growing and well-established civil engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Waldorf, Maryland. This is a key leadership role focused on managing a diverse portfolio of land development projects while supporting team growth and client relationships. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, mentor engineering staff, and contribute directly to the continued expansion of the business. Role As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of civil site land development projects from concept through completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
