Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate psychotherapy groups utilizing psychoeducation and therapeutic discussions for children, families, and multi-family groups.

• Provide case management services to ensure holistic support for clients and their families.
\n
• Maintain active communication and collaborate with various stakeholders, including parents, guardians, educational staff, and community partners to create a support network for those you serve.

• Integrate principles of Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into treatment practices.
\n
• Engage in regular professional development through training and continuing education units (CEUs) to enhance clinical competencies and maintain licensure.

• Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
\n
• Document client interactions diligently, utilizing electronic medical records with efficiency and accuracy.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, formulating personalized treatment plans, and delivering age-appropriate therapy sessions.

• Contribute to the treatment team's knowledge base and foster a supportive and educational environment.
\n
• Adhere to all agency policies and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of practice are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
