As a remote Telehealth provider, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while working within a collaborative framework. Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic practices, including but not limited to:

• Delivering individualized, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients across different ages and backgrounds.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments during virtual sessions to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and establish realistic treatment goals.

• Designing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure holistic, coordinated care for clients.

• Documenting client progress and treatment interventions in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing our electronic health records system to track outcomes and enhance practice efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We cater to individuals seeking support through difficult life transitions, and our therapists employ a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet client needs, from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to mindfulness-based approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Applicants must have no provisional or limited licenses and no history of disciplinary actions on their professional record.

• Strong clinical skills in treatment planning and the ability to make professional evaluations to guide client care are critical.

Compensation and Benefits\n
