Job Responsibilities

• Develop Customized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs to create individualized treatment strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Engage actively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to facilitate continued progress outside of clinical settings.
• Document Patient Progress: Track clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.
• Continuous professional development and advanced certifications are encouraged and will be supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) .
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
