The Director Physician Practices will oversee operations within the Physician Practices division, also known as Medical Group Services, supporting a comprehensive network of outpatient clinics and specialty services. This division is part of a critical access hospital in northern NH, serving the Upper Connecticut Valley, recognized for award-winning, low-cost rural care, nationally recognized quality metrics, and a robust suite of specialty and mental health services. The Director will collaborate with practice managers and clinical leaders to drive operational excellence, expand service lines, enhance access to care, and maintain regulatory compliance while improving patient experience and financial performance across ambulatory settings.

Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Director Physician Practices will provide strategic and operational oversight for practice managers, clinical supervisors, and administrative teams. Responsibilities include budget development, provider recruitment and onboarding, quality improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and implementation of value-based care strategies.
