Senior Product Designer

Qualifications Angielski 3+ years of experience in all aspects of product design, designing for multiple platforms (Responsive web, Android & iOS) 3+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense, and how these elements impact product function An online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables Degree in design engineering, human-computer interaction, product design, interaction design or a related field, or equivalent industry experience Excellent knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX design principles and methodologies as they relate to software development Applied knowledge of user-centred design (UCD) practices, including but not limited to usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and accessibility Experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions Experience working with cross‑functional agile/scrum teams Demonstrated experience proving designs, hypotheses and recommendations through use of data or validated evidence, and providing commercial rationale for design decisions Proficiency with industry standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.) for the creation of artefacts and presentations Responsibilities Design end‑to‑end flows and experiences that are intuitive to use within area of responsibility, on time and to expected level of quality and fidelity Handover research and UX deliverables in a manner that can be utilised by respective teams Advocate for use of consistent user patterns, supporting design or product Support UXR in conducting user and stakeholder interviews, user acceptance testing, and usability testing to gather evidence and requirements Assist UXR in validating designs, hypotheses, and recommendations with data, providing rationale for decisions Start ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
