Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Account Manager who is passionate about the nutraceutical industry and excited to build a long-term career in ingredient sales and account management. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career sales professional with a proven track record of success who is motivated, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a growing organization. Previous experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, food ingredients, or related industries is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is positive, driven, organized, and excited to grow alongside a dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Support and grow customer relationships across North America. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Assist with customer inquiries, RFQs, pricing requests, and follow-up. Coordinate product samples and customer feedback. Work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates. Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed. Learn about botanical ingredients, nutraceutical applications, and industry trends. Passion for the nutraceutical, wellness, or botanical ingredient industry. Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally. Organized with strong follow-up and multitasking skills. Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to company growth. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, food ingredients, wellness, or related industries.
