We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for healthcare-related projects. Assignments are typically 2-4 days in length and occur on a monthly basis , making this a great opportunity for candidates seeking recurring short-term work with a consistent client.

Pay: $24.00/hour

Current Project Schedule

• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Paid Training)

09/30

• 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Production)

10/01

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Production)

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls only
• Assist consumers with inquiries and pre-authorization updates
• Deliver compassionate, professional customer service in a healthcare environment
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Follow client procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service experience with the same employer
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to project requirements
