New York, NY (Hybrid) | Full-Time | $54,000-$56,000/yr About the Role A major public media organization in New York City is hiring an Associate for its Digital Marketing and Fundraising team. This entry-level role contributes to the strategic direction of the organization's digital campaigning, engagement programs, and online fundraising efforts. The associate will work closely with the broader team to support email marketing operations, digital donor cultivation, and constituent engagement across platforms. This is a strong fit for someone early in their digital marketing career who wants hands-on experience with email strategy, CRM tools, and nonprofit fundraising in a mission-driven media environment. What the Role Covers Supporting the operational side of the organization's digital fundraising program, participating in strategy and best practices meetings Assisting with the operational support of organizational e-newsletters Serving as a liaison and training resource for Marketing Cloud, the platform used for email marketing, including guiding staff on technical functions and advocating for email best practices Collaborating with the team on building personalized cultivation tracks via Marketing Cloud Journeys Researching and advising on technical issues related to donor and constituent support and the user experience Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Minimum one year of experience working on digital campaigns or online marketing Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO Solid Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills Experience working with nonprofit membership databases Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain professional relationships across teams, volunteers, and associates Experience with content management systems and CRMs (such as EveryAction or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) preferred; ongoing training and certification will be provided as the organization integrates further with Salesforce products #J-18808-Ljbffr Mediabistro
