As a Senior Field Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Marketing and Sales, helping drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth across the organization.

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with sales leaders, marketing teams, partners, and key stakeholders to execute strategic marketing initiatives, support field programs and events, and elevate the overall sales experience. You'll help ensure the right messages, resources, and opportunities reach the right audiences while serving as a trusted advocate for both marketing and sales priorities.

What You'll Do

• Execute field marketing programs, campaigns, and events that support business growth and customer engagement.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Increase awareness, visibility, and adoption of marketing resources and programs across the sales organization.
• Support lead generation, pipeline development, and customer engagement efforts through targeted marketing activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, communications, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze program performance and leverage insights to optimize future marketing activities.
• Serve as a key liaison between Marketing and Sales, building strong relationships across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, Event Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting sales organizations and collaborating in cross-functional environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving business results.

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B technology, partner, or channel marketing experience.
• Experience supporting campaigns, events, lead generation, or customer engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or project management tools.
