Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to assess client needs, strengths, and mental health challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing proven evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and interventions tailored to their unique situations.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and assessments to monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and coordinated care for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, for clients in urgent need.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, equipping clients with knowledge and tools to manage their mental health.

You will primarily serve clients experiencing challenges related to addiction and mental health, particularly those dealing with the detoxification process.
