Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting personal growth and emotional healing.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, while continuously monitoring their progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy solutions effectively to provide virtual sessions for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote access.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, and life transitions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sensitivity and adaptability while working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and socio-economic statuses, ensuring culturally competent care that respects individual experiences and values.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
