You will engage with clients primarily through virtual spaces, providing flexible access to mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy from a systemic, relational lens, focusing on the interconnectedness of individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitate family and couples counseling sessions with compassion and skill, fostering open communication and resolution of conflicts.

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation to meet compliance standards and support client progress tracking.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s health.

• Participate in team consultations, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will support clients grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada or eligible for licensure.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy, with expertise in family systems theory, attachment, and trauma-informed practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
