HRIS Coordinator

Support the various functions of the firm's Human Capital Management (HCM) system, SAP SuccessFactors, including employee data management, timekeeping, recruiting, benefits. Responsibilities Data Management Input and update employee information Maintain position management and update employee information Collect and carefully review all paperwork for entry into HRIS, including new hire forms, benefits selections, change forms, etc. User Support Provide support to employees and managers Maintain HRIS shared HRIS troubleshooting mailbox by managing routine issues and escalating non-routine issues appropriately. Provide support to employees and managers for staff time & attendance in Employee Central Time (ECT) Troubleshoot staff time sheet issues. Payroll/Benefits Coordinate employee data changes with Managers, Payroll and Benefits teams. Reporting Generate routine and basic ad hoc reports; review reports for accuracy. System Upgrades Assist with system upgrades by testing features and creating Quick Reference Guides. Third Party Support Create and maintain status of HRIS issues escalated to a customer support ticketing platform. Recruiting & Onboarding Assist with creation of new positions, compiling job descriptions, posting jobs, and ensuring that new hire paperwork is in order.
