Employment Litigation Associate (3+ Yrs Exp)

Job Details Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year. Role: Employment Litigation Associate in a focused practice advising clients on a broad range of workplace disputes. Hands‑on involvement in active matters from the outset. Responsibilities Manage and support employment litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Take and defend depositions, including party and witness examinations. Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Advise clients on day‑to‑day employment issues and risk mitigation. Collaborate with team members on case development and litigation tactics. Qualifications 3+ years of experience handling employment‑related litigation matters. Experience with discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, or similar workplace claims. Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently. Comfortable working directly with clients and contributing to strategic discussions. Experience managing multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements Active MA bar admission or ability to waive in. Litigation experience, including drafting and discovery responsibilities. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in‑office collaboration expected on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work product.
