Great Springs Project seeks an Associate Director of Development in Texas to expand the donor portfolio and secure major gifts at the individual and corporate levels. You will manage relationships with donors, corporate partners, and volunteers, supporting Major Gifts, Grants, and Annual Fund efforts.
