You’ll be: Collaborating closely with Engineering and Operations teams, attending daily meetings to define and document scopes by reviewing inspection reports and analyzing damage photos. Building detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documentation using tools like Smartsheet and internal service request systems. Supporting the full purchase order lifecycle, including submitting PO requests, tracking approvals, managing scope changes, and ensuring timely closure after invoice processing. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have a High School Diploma or GED at minimum, with experience in operations support, project coordination, or administrative support within a technical or field environment. Are proficient in Excel for tracking, data management, and reporting, and can work across multiple systems/tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Salesforce, other internal proprietary programs). Have experience managing purchase orders and financial tracking, including invoicing, budgeting, and cost tracking.
