Work Environment\n

This remote position is designed for flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a structured approach to client care. Our telehealth services enable you to connect with clients effectively, facilitating therapy sessions through secure, user-friendly platforms. This role requires availability Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing steady hours while you engage in meaningful therapeutic work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized therapy plans by conducting thorough assessments of client needs, strengths, and challenges.

This role focuses primarily on adults and families seeking therapeutic support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is necessary, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
