THE ROLE

\n

We're building a centralized booking team to connect prospective patients with our centers and to build excitement ahead of new center openings. Every person you speak with has already shown interest in 4Ever Young. Your job is to turn that interest into a booked appointment or a pre-sale signup, and to leave every patient genuinely looking forward to walking through our doors.

\n

You'll be measured on appointments booked, pre-sale signups, speed to lead, average call duration, and show rate.

\n

WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n

•       Handle inbound and outbound calls with warm leads through RingCentral

\n

•       Respond to patient text messages promptly and professionally, alongside live calls

\n

•       Schedule appointments in Go High Level/CRM (transitioning to Zenoti) and keep lead notes accurate and up to date

\n

•       Work from call scripts across a dual-monitor setup while managing calls, texts, and scheduling at the same time

\n

•       Become knowledgeable on 4Ever Young services and products so you can speak about them confidently and answer patient questions

\n

•       Use approved objection-handling frameworks to share the value of our services and guide patients toward booking

\n

•       Drive pre-sale signups for new center openings by presenting pre-opening offers clearly and closing the signup on the call

\n

•       Follow up with prospects who didn't book or didn't show, and re-engage and reschedule them

\n

•       Meet or exceed weekly booking targets and call quality benchmarks

\n

\n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

\n

•      1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (required)

\n

•       Med spa, wellness center, gym, sales, or front desk experience strongly preferred

\n

•       Comfort working toward booking, sales, or conversion targets

\n

•       CRM or scheduling software experience (Go High Level/CRM or Zenoti preferred; any equivalent accepted)

\n

•       Strong multitasker who stays organized while juggling calls, texts, and scheduling

\n

•       Adapts well to change in a fast-growing, evolving company

\n

•       Saturday availability required

\n

•       Home internet of 100 Mbps or faster (required, verified before hire)

\n

•       Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods (reasonable accommodations available)

\n

•       Willingness to travel as needed

\n

\n

COMPENSATION

\n

•      $20.00 - $24.00 per hour base, based on experience

\n

•      $3.00 per appointment booked at a corporate center, paid on top of base

\n

•       New center pre-sale bonus, tiered per signup: $5 each for signups 1-5, $15 each for signups 6-10, and $20 each for every signup beyond 10

\n

•       Overtime available on weekends
