Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Canvas Wellness, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and families, including individual sessions for each member when appropriate.

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions and developing personalized treatment plans aimed at resolving issues, enhancing communication, and promoting family unity.

• Providing expert care for challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological distress, interpersonal conflicts, grief, and more.

• Facilitating discussions around sensitive topics like blended family dynamics, separation, and divorce adjustment.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster healthy relationships and support effective communication between clients.

• Documenting progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinical best practices and regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with other health professionals within our practice to ensure holistic support for clients, integrating various aspects of health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
