ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Operations Supervisor, where I developed a strong background in leadership, organization, and team development. I’m a proud University of South Florida alumnus, husband, and father. Growing up in a military family helped shape my appreciation for discipline, hard work, and teamwork - and outside of the office, you can usually find me on the golf course whenever I get the chance. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate for Matt Collier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Matt Collier - State Farm Agent
