Job Summary Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is searching for a Medical Science Liaison – Neuroimmunology for the New England region. The territory covers Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Location Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America Responsibilities Build external relationships with identified key opinion leaders (KOLs) and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., bio coordinators), and develop and manage geographic territory. These relationships and engagements can include both virtual & in‑person, prioritizing in‑person engagements when appropriate. Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, which includes educational activities with identified KOLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices. Demonstrate a level of competency and experience in the disease state, with foundational competencies in influence & results focused, communication, stakeholder engagement, product & therapeutic area knowledge, and data insights & dissemination. Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field‑based partners to ensure support of healthcare providers, positively impacting patients. Enhance skills in agility, applying competencies of change management, time management, and innovation. Conduct all activities in accordance with current regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines. Travel primarily throughout assigned geography; estimated travel is 60%. Consistently demonstrate strategic territory planning and ability to build strong relationships within the territory. Consistently demonstrate strong scientific acumen. Continuously support departmental operations and internal partners. Qualifications PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, or PA with 2+ years relevant neurology, immunology, and/or neuromuscular experience. 0–2 years MSL experience, or 2 years relevant clinical or research experience, or related pharmaceutical work. Valid driver’s license. Ability to travel approximately 60%, including overnight and weekends as needed. Preferred Launch experience in rare disease. Significant experience giving presentations. Pay Range $117,000.00 – $201,250.00 Benefits Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours in Colorado, 56 hours in Washington). Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year. Work, personal and family time – up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child. Bereavement leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year. Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.
