The Opportunity We're adding an experienced Client Service Manager to work alongside our existing CS team – a peer contributor who is confident in their craft, brings real ownership to the role, and is genuinely excited to be part of a high‑performing team. This role has real impact from day one and room to grow as the firm does. What You'll Do Own a portfolio of client service requests – account maintenance, money movement, account openings, transfers, ACATs, and RMDs – with accuracy and urgency Coordinate with custodial platforms (Schwab, Altruist, Fidelity, Betterment) on inquiries, escalations, and operational workflows Support advisers before and after client review meetings – document gathering, CRM updates, action item follow‑through Maintain complete client records across CRM (HubSpot/Redtail) and document management systems Liaise across advisory, tax, operations, and compliance to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Proactively identify service gaps and contribute to ongoing process improvement Assist with onboarding new client households and uphold compliance standards in all communications What We're Looking For Experience 3+ years of client service experience in wealth management – RIA or broker‑dealer strongly preferred; strong financial services or banking background considered Hands‑on custodial workflow experience: account openings, transfers, ACATs, RMDs, money movement – you’ve done the work, not just learned the concepts Schwab experience is a meaningful advantage; Altruist, Orion, and Fidelity familiarity a plus Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Redtail, or equivalent) and M365; exposure to financial planning tools (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) a plus Genuinely interested in how AI and modern platforms are shaping how great firms operate Strong typing speed and accuracy – we test this as part of the hiring process Location Based in North San Diego County with easy commute to Carlsbad; on‑site role Our Core Values — and Yours Optimistic Mindset – Can‑do attitude, every day.
