Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer standards. This position has a set schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Perks include a competitive pay package along with Paid Time Off. Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance. Job Details Location: The Key Dealership - Oklahoma City Salary Range: Competitive Level: Experienced Travel Percentage: None Position Type: Full-Time Job Shift: Day Job Category: Skilled Labor - Trades Pay range: $20/hour starting wage plus bonuses Job Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning to required specifications. Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs. Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs. Participate in on-going company and manufacturing training and education programs, to stay current and abreast of changing technology. Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or GED, Associates degree or equivalent preferred OR 5 - 7 years automotive repair experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age. Pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record. Possess a valid in-state driver's license. ASE and manufacturer certification desired.
