Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual or couples therapy to clients across a broad age spectrum, tailoring approaches to meet diverse needs.

• Manage complete and accurate documentation of client records, ensuring timely completion of notes and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling ongoing appointments and effectively coordinating sessions with clients.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow therapists for case consultations and to share insights on best practices in therapy.
\n
• Utilize the billing service to handle client and insurance accounts receivable, including eligibility checks and payment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are primarily individuals and couples seeking support in overcoming a variety of challenges, including addiction and recovery in a detox center environment. The therapist in this role will have the opportunity to work with clients dealing with complex clinical presentations, offering a chance to make a direct impact on their journeys towards healing and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required for this position.

• Must possess an active and independent LCSW license in the state of Connecticut.

• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to establish strong therapeutic boundaries with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, self-motivation, and cultural competency are essential qualities.

• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours weekly, with a commitment to some evening hours to accommodate client schedules.

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy or working with individuals in recovery will be highly valued.

• Prior experience navigating EMR systems or billing services is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with performance bonuses. Our therapists are compensated on an hourly basis, ensuring fair and competitive pay for the rigorous work they do. As a W2 employee, benefits include:
