Work Schedule Full-time Days (100% FTE) Monday - Friday / Days / Evenings 12:30pm - 9:00pm Position Highlights Conveniently located near public transportation Make a difference for the patients and employees we serve Opportunity to provide career growth Primary Job Responsibilities Schedule patients focusing on patient safety and reducing the likelihood of medical health errors Participate in process improvement projects Audit online tickets, scheduling appointments for accuracy of order placement, referral completion and resource selection Act as a subject expert for the department scheduling model, think critically, and troubleshoot Epic errors for the team Function proficiently within the team to assist with training of new staff and act as go team resource Support team Lead in day-to-day operational goals Respond to patient's need and concerns as appropriate maintaining Patient First mentality Requirements High school graduation or equivalent Two years Patient Services Specialist 2 experience OR equivalent combination of education/experience Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration Compensation and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $21.63 hourly Pay Range Maximum: $30.91 hourly Benefits: For information about benefits for this position, visit Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Temporary or Regular?
