Urban Resource Institute (URI) seeks a Client Care Coordinator (Social Worker) for its homeless families program in New York, NY. The role involves assessing residents, developing individual living plans, and supervising Case Managers to ensure quality care. You will coordinate mental health referrals, participate in trainings, and maintain compliant records while responding to crises as needed.
