• Minimum 5 years of successful work experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/DD)
• Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals served, community partners, and staff members
• Positive, professional, and optimistic attitude
