This is a newly created position, giving you the unique opportunity to bring your ideas to the table, help develop processes, and grow alongside our company. s one of our first leaders, you'll play a vital role in helping our business grow and thrive by: Leading and managing daily office operations. Developing and executing our annual operational plan. Helping achieve revenue, profitability, and growth goals. Providing leadership to departments including: Case Management Staffing Human Resources Client Services Home Care Sales Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring team members. Building lasting relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, and community referral partners. Monitoring department performance and implementing improvements. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations. Bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions that help our organization succeed. Has excellent leadership and communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment. Is passionate about serving others and supporting a strong team culture. Qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience. Two years of experience in one or more of the following: Medicaid Home & Community-Based Waiver Veteran Care Pediatrics Home Care Private Duty Or a related healthcare setting Valid driver's license.
