Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their families to identify psychosocial needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques to diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, tailoring interventions to reflect the unique challenges each client faces.

• Organize and prioritize caseloads by regularly reviewing the needs of new and existing patients, including those transitioning out of care.

• Implement brief solution-focused therapy and harm reduction strategies when appropriate to promote clients' self-sufficiency and resilience.

• Provide expertise in crisis intervention, bereavement support, and other social work methodologies as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

• Adhere to all professional and organizational standards to maintain the health and safety of both clients and staff while ensuring best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, trauma, and more. You will play a vital role in supporting clients' journeys toward recovery, utilizing culturally sensitive practices to ensure that services resonate with their unique backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
