What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial customer interaction through signed agreement.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

• Engage directly with potential customers in their homes

• Build rapport and establish trust through professional interactions

• Create positive customer experiences from the first conversation

Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation

• Learn about homeowner needs and project goals

• Present tailored solutions based on individual situations

• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services

• Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations

Full-Cycle Sales Management

• Qualify leads and identify customer needs

• Address questions and objections professionally

• Guide customers through the decision-making process

• Negotiate and secure signed agreements

• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process

Activity & Performance Management

• Maintain consistent daily activity levels

• Manage appointments and follow-up communications

• Track sales activities and customer interactions

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with performance-driven earning potential.

Top performers at C&D General Contractors can expect to earn between $50,000 and $200,000 annually , with earnings directly tied to performance, effort, and results.

Work Arrangement

Field-Based Position

This role involves regular travel within your assigned territory as you meet with homeowners and represent the company in the community.
