Director of Demand Generation

Owning the end-to-end demand generation strategy, the full-time remote Director of Demand Generation will manage the demand engine, align cross-functional teams with revenue goals, and oversee multi-channel campaigns while ensuring efficient budget utilization. Key responsibilities Define and execute the annual and quarterly Demand Generation strategy aligned to revenue targets and manage sales-qualified pipeline targets Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including paid media and account-based marketing, to connect brand awareness to pipeline Lead marketing operations, ensuring integration across systems and maintaining funnel integrity and attribution models Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience Proven success in high-growth B2B SaaS environments managing demand generation across channels and budgets Experience collaborating closely with Sales Leadership and SDR teams to establish lead-routing SLAs and outbound strategies Fluency in marketing automation and CRM systems, particularly Pardot and Salesforce, along with familiarity with data orchestration tools Expertise in multi-touch attribution modeling and strong financial acumen in managing marketing budgets
