Senior Business Experience Advisor - Administration

Responsibilities Define clear expectations for processes, stakeholder responsibilities, and supplier engagement to ensure consistent execution across teams. Lead change management efforts by guiding stakeholders through process updates, communicating impacts effectively, and supporting adoption of new ways of working to drive sustainable improvements. Indirectly lead cross‑functional teams to improve business planning methods. Execute key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Deliver customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. Lead execution and implementation of business planning processes. Design strategic plans based on forecasts, and provide improvement recommendations. Identify and execute opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals. Requirements Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams. Background in employee experience, business operations, program management, or corporate events. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planner, Smartsheet, Asana). Experience with process improvement or Lean methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
