Implementation Coordinator Location: Orlando, FL 32811 - West Campus Position Number: HR0674 Posting Number: S3892P Salary: $18.76 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00PM – 5:00PM Responsibilities Supports and coordinates the operation of a department by performing complex administrative, hospitality, and technical duties, including budget management, marketing support, training support, event coordination, document and spreadsheet creation, and classroom/facilities scheduling. Provides implementation and delivery support to facilitators and instructors to ensure the highest quality of delivery and customer/learner satisfaction. Ensures classrooms and facilities are reserved and properly set up. Prepares materials and supplies for implementation; assists in coordinating class, course, and program delivery logistics. Monitors and maintains inventories of educational books, materials, and supplies. Orders and purchases books, materials, and supplies; may be responsible for purchasing card and account reconciliation activities. Assists with coordinating and developing special projects, workshops, seminars, and presentations. Assists in the development of marketing, training, and/or learning materials. Maintains related records and enters facility, course, and participant information into the learning management system or other appropriate systems. Liaises and interacts with external stakeholders, vendors, and college employees to support department initiatives; performs related research as needed. Prepares regular activity reports and provides them to necessary individuals and departments. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution preferred. Experience: Experience supporting training and development activities; operating and training others in the use of multimedia equipment; coordinating budgets preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of office administration practices. Knowledge of event coordination and/or training and development practices. Skill in the use of personal computers and general office software. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Effective oral and written communication. Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision. Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Research, recommendation, and report preparation abilities. Organizational and prioritization skills, meeting deadlines. Attention to detail. Travel between campus and various worksites in the Orlando area as needed. Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse students and employees. General Working Conditions This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. The employee will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, mice, phones, photocopiers, printers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level is usually quiet to moderate. Typical physical competencies include remaining stationary, moving, reaching, positioning self, lifting/storing objects weighing 5-15 pounds, and occasionally ascending/descending. Cognitive demands include using discretion, judgment, reasoning, memory, learning, maintaining confidentiality, comprehension, problem solving, and decision making.
