PT Administrative Assistant (On-Site | Dana Point, CA)

Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time – 30 hours a week
Industry: Property Management / Community Association (HOA)

Kimco Staffing is hiring a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy property management office. If you are organized, have excellent customer service skills, and are comfortable working with Microsoft Office, this is a great opportunity to work in a professional and stable office environment.

What You’ll Do

• Answer phones and emails professionally, route requests, and follow up as needed

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the property management team

• Perform data entry, document preparation, scanning, filing, and record maintenance

• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting support

• Create and update spreadsheets and simple reports using Excel

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and internal staff

What We’re Looking For – Must Haves

• Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role

• Strong customer service skills, professional communication, and phone etiquette

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Accurate data entry skills

• Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site in Dana Point

Nice to Have

• Experience in property management, HOA, or community association office support

• Experience with Outlook , including email and calendar management

• Vendor coordination or invoice/administrative support experience
