Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager leads field sales efforts to grow demand and increase revenue across an assigned region. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with school districts, architects and designers, dealers, and other key influencers to create and influence opportunities early in the project cycle. The Regional Sales Manager drives specifications, develops the sales pipeline, and maintains project momentum from initial opportunity through quoting, conversion, and sales order. The RSM owns the assigned region by understanding the market, identifying the highest-potential targets, and executing a focused sales strategy that drives profitable growth. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, consistent follow-through, disciplined pipeline management, collaboration with the home office, and the ability to remove roadblocks that prevent opportunities from moving forward.
